We're currently seeking a Local Marketing Manager for the Netherlands, responsible for orchestrating our demand generation efforts, balancing organic and paid tactics in the Netherlands and Belgium.
As part of our growing international team, you'll tap into a vast network of digital designers, brand managers, and marketing experts who have successfully launched and scaled Otovo across 13 countries: Norway, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, the UK, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities Understand and always be the voice of our customers.
Be responsible for the local content marketing strategy and implementation (e.g., blog, landing pages, e-books, email nurturing strategy & flow, newsletters, etc).
Deploy locally global marketing campaigns, activities, and best practices from other Otovo markets.
Be a key user of our CRM (Hubspot) and be responsible for our local marketing CRM assets (emailing, contacts lists, workflows, etc.).
Deploy and optimize our local customer referral program.
Drive online customer reviews and testimonials.
Draw insights on local consumers and local competitors.
Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing performance.
Collaborate closely with the central marketing teams and other Otovo departments in all of Europe.
Job Requirements Fluent in Dutch and English.
At least 5 years of experience managing multiple marketing channels.
A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a similar field.
Self-starting mentality with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
Proficiency in usual marketing platform tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and in CRM tools such as Hubspot.
A blend of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
A passion for staying abreast of web trends and technologies.
A track record of delivering results efficiently and effectively.
Experience with running integrated campaigns - coordinating, budgeting, measuring impact.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and central Marketing.
