Expectations and Tasks of JobTerritory Plan Management (TP):Design Sales Strategy to assure sales achievement for the assigned industries/solutions.Leverage internal and external stakeholders to build a holistic plan.Implement Business Development strategy for key Cloud Solutions, mainly through partner network.Monthly supervise and update TP execution, monitor Pipeline Build and Revenue Conversion.Demand Generation (DG):Assure consistent and constant pipeline coverage during the year, for assigned budget.Execute DG actions based on TP Definition in order to ensure proper sales pipeline coverage.Boost close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, especially Marketing and Partners.Proactively engage with customers and partners to understand needs and position SAP solutions.Sales Pipeline Management:Qualify opportunities to identify required action plan to follow.Progress opportunities through sales cycle, leveraging ecosystem and internal stakeholders.Use Digital Sales Motion to effectively engage with customers and partners.Promote teamwork and collaboration inside and outside the team.Top Deal Management:Lead complex Sales Cycles for key customers and opportunities.Manage Sales Team, with both internal and external actors, to assure proper deal progression.Conduct C-Level conversations presenting SAP Value Proposition and key differentiators.Drive end-to-end Sales Cycle, managing both customer and partner interactions.Forecast Accountability:Manage and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets along with partners.Identify main risk factors and implement mitigation strategies to keep the promise.Execute consistent weekly forecast review with the Sales Manager.Maintain accuracy of CRM data for pipeline management and customer intelligence.Work Experience:2-4 years' experience in Sales environment, respectively Demand Generation. Software/Technology professional background is a plus. Ability to work in large, multi-cultural environment, building strong connections with stakeholders. Successful experience in multi-channel go to market models.
