The Opportunity We are looking for a buyer at Hitachi Energy, Grid Integration Division, in an international environment and with development possibilities in the SCM area.
The location is in Madrid.
How you'll make an impact Manages and leads the SCM scope of customer projects.
Responsible for the budget and time schedule.
Owns the full scope from an escalation and problem solving aspect.
Performs work associated with coordinating, negotiating, and administering procurement proposals, bids, and contracts with suppliers/contractors including: Coordinating preparation of contract and bid documents, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained throughout the process.
Collecting and analyzing technical, financial, and legal information as input to contract and bid documents.
Liaising with applicable technical, finance or legal teams on matters requiring review.
Documenting performance and service level agreements and monitoring vendor/supplier performance against those agreements.
Your background Technical Engineer or FP H. Technician electrical installations At least 5 years of experience in SCM (projects not factories/retail) Experience in contract management (subcontractors) Languages: English and Spanish at high level.
French will be considered as a plus.
