The selected person will be responsible to oversee the creation and implementation of Roadis sustainability strategy, ensuring that it operates in an environmentally, socially, and economically responsible way.Key responsabilities:
- Prepare reports about environmental impacts of operations and making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other managers to develop company-wide sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor environmental impacts of company operations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate projects with contractors to ensure that construction projects meet environmental standards.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations by working with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Create plans for reducing the organization's carbon footprint through conservation measures.
- Create metrics to track progress towards company goals.
- Preparation and implementation of sustainability and climate change strategies.
- Development of non-financial information statements and other regular sustainability reporting, including all documentation for reporting to the various governing bodies (including Committees, Commission and Board of Directors).
- Knowledge of international reporting standards and methodologies (such as GRI, SBTi, etc).
- Experience with incorporating sustainable best practices into the company ´s activities (including circular economy, supply chain, biodiversity, climate change, etc).
- Development and update of all related sustainability policies and procedures.
- Development of materiality analysis.
- Participate in specialised groups, associations, forums and events to promote ROADIS positioning as a sustainable company.About you:The ideal candidate will be flexible, focused, with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing and fast-paced challenging environment.
