The ChallengeThis role will support both the Business Development and Renewal Management Teams in their upskilling and continued education, including soft skills, value selling, product, and process knowledge.Your Mission- Strategize on key initiatives alongside of Global BDR & RM Leadership Teams- Liaise with the OT Center of Excellence, Product, Product Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations, and to build and deliver content- Streamline complex information across into easily digestible formats (either through online learning, in person learning, or some hybrid) to ensure BDR & RM success- Leverage enablement data to identify knowledge and skill gaps across the BDR & RM organization and deliver programs to rectify- Build, deliver, and measure success of product and process education- Design quarterly enablement calendars for programmatic and bespoke initiatives- Build engaging online learning material and certifications to support BDR & RM Team objectives- Collaborate with Sr. Leaders on driving outcomes by reviewing data consistently and building enablement programs based off of data-centered insightsYou Are- Cross-functional, strategic team leader- Self-motivated and confident in ability to build and deliver playbooks, trainings, and powerful educational programs- Excellent communicator- Bias towards action- Dynamic and audible ready- Growth mindset- Willingness to travelYour Experience Includes- 10+ years in SaaS- 5+ years in a BDR, AE, or Account Management position- Proficiency in Salesforce- Proof of delivery of Training or mentorship programs- Experience working directly with Senior Leadership Teams- In office 3x/week- 25% travel required for position, domestic and internationalExtra Awesome- Bi-lingual (Spanish, French, German)- Implemented or run Enablement programs- Knowledge of the legal/regulatory/compliance market- Experience in Privacy, Security, Compliance, Third Party Risk, or Consent Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
