You will be reporting to the Head of Outsourced Blades and will be responsible for managing and executing the strategy for the Finished Blades Commodity.How to contribute to our visionAs a Procurement Professional, you will work with strategic activities in relation to purchasing from external suppliers of Siemens Gamesa.The major activities will include:- Provide support for the implementation of Outsourcing strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials.- Contribute to our Supply Chain footprint, drive cost-out initiatives.- Provide purchasing assistance to support design on cost reduction activities.- Establish lean processes together with cross-functional teams to ensure a proper implementation of key projects.- KPI managementWhat you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.The ideal candidate has experience in purchasing and/or supply chain and a relevant technical/commercial education.
