Position Summary: The Client Success Partner will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing client relationships.
At the beginning, your focus will be on prospecting the market and assisting salespeople in their outreach efforts to better understand the market and client needs.
Over time, your role will evolve to include product delivery, solution deployment, and project management.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key industries for AI and tech solutions.
Assist sales teams in client outreach, supporting them in discovery conversations to uncover client pain points, business goals, and technological needs.
Build an understanding of market dynamics and client demands, positioning the brand as a trusted partner.
Transition into leading product delivery and deployment, ensuring seamless implementation of AI-driven solutions tailored to client requirements.
Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a consultant to ensure solutions meet and exceed expectations.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
Stay updated on AI and tech trends to provide insightful recommendations and maintain competitive positioning.
Develop and execute strategies to meet sales and project objectives, while nurturing long-term partnerships.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in consulting roles involving technology and/or AI solution deployment minimum 3-5 years.
Strong B2B sales capacity, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients and understand their strategic needs.
