What you'll do:
Support consulting on business process level to translate customer's vision into solutions
Support in mapping business processes and solution requirements
Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise
Support solution design and configuration for specific solutions (on premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state of the art methodologies and standards
Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries
Support other colleagues engaged in pre-sales activities, solution reviews, feasibility studies or work in de-escalation of projects
Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
Introduce SAP and industry leading practices and content based on pre-existing templates
Deliver solution training to customer team members
Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services
Understand the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and delivers according to service specification
Support in solution testing and issue resolution
What you bring:
University degree in economic or engineering sciences, e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent work experience
Up to 3 years of functional experience
Basic understanding of industry and/or LoB specific business processes
Basic understanding of the relevant end-to-end processes of SAP's IntelligentEnterprise Suite
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish language
Working Model: Hybrid (remote and onsite).
