.Job Summary:Location: Berlin (Germany), Barcelona (Spain) or Athens (Greece)Line Manager: HR DirectorContract Terms: Full Time, Permanent,THE JOBIn this role you will work within a Global Recruiting team, supporting our internal partners with finding the very best talent, whilst providing excellent customer service for our hiring managers.
In addition, you will partner with Business Leaders, Human Resources, and other leaders within our internal teams to create and implement sustainable recruiting programs to address immediate and long-term staffing goals.As a Business Ops Recruiter you will be focused on finding and hiring talent in the fields such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Fan Experience and Operations.
This will require experience in recruiting in these fields to fully understand hiring requirements, candidate expertise and best strategies.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING* Manage end to end recruitment campaigns from intake call to screening resumes, sourcing talent, making the initial call with candidates, scheduling interviews and extending offers* Collaborate with hiring managers to determine effective recruitment strategies, which may involve advertising, direct sourcing, agencies, and exploring internal solutions.
* Partner with the sourcing team to find the best talent and build pipelines for future requirements* Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates during recruitment process; working to build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates* Manage internal recruitment process and internal mobility movements* Coordinate relationships with external agencies when necessary.
* Promote and participate in employer branding activities to attract top tech talent and enhance our reputation in the industry.
* Emphasize the importance of diversity and equity in the recruitment process* Attend recruitment events when required, speaking to potential candidates* Assist with other ad-hoc projects as requiredWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW* Proven experience in end-to-end in-house or agency recruitment role* Proven experience as a Recruiter with a track record of successfully placing candidates in finance, marketing or operations roles* Experience recruiting across the EMEA region.
* In-depth knowledge of the industry and the latest industry trends.
* Experience with Workday or another ATS* Experience with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms* Experience working closely with hiring manager to fill the requirements in timely manner* Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Recruiting* Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
German language skills are a plusYOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)* Managing Relationships: Able to manage relationships across multiple levels of an organisation and different disciplines, managing their expectations and delivering on agreed outcomes
