Business Operations Senior Planning Specialist Summary of the role: The newcomer will be joining the team which builds and monitor the Business Operational planning in the division, preparing the forecast per portfolio and department together with the area leads, and will provide the needed reporting in order to facilitate management decision making and optimum organizational functioning. In this role the joiner will also support the team in the process improvement and changes on going in the department.
In this role you will: Collect and consolidate inputs/assumptions and construct the yearly budget and quarterly forecast Monitor and track budget evolutions for specific areas Provide regular management reports and dashboards including cost and resource consumption figures Identify risk and opportunities to optimize the division resources allocation Prepare ad-hoc analysis for product, service and project managers (budget consumption, cost structure, Epic progress) Document and maintain guidelines for project and product managers to monitor their budget in the existing and new processes and tools About the ideal candidate: University degree in Finance & Administration or Technology Management 1-3 years' experience in finance or business planning roles in the IT industry Basic understanding of Amadeus.
