The ideal candidate will help us run a more mature business with established processes while driving process improvements to scale and automate our B2B operations. They will prioritize the product pipeline for B2B customers, implement new features in collaboration with the product team, and support the local head of operations in prioritizing, tooling, and implementing new B2B customer strategies.What do you need to be successful in this role?Education: You hold a degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).Experience: You have 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or startups/scale-ups.Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Language: You are fluent in English.
