We are looking for experienced Business Leaders to join us. The Role As a Business Leader you are responsible for delivering client sales targets through coaching, leadership and management of Virtual Key Account Manager teams who will drive behavioural change in each call. You will seek to identify opportunities through sales analysis, team initiatives and ongoing support for development within calls. You will be good at working to tight deadlines and be a strong communicator with clients, whilst maintaining the highest standards of Republic M and our clients. We are looking for someone who is capable and experienced with delivering multiple styles of strategies as they are different for all of our pharmaceutical clients. Our Business Leaders are fast paced, accurate and will respond and resolve issues quickly and therefore be capable of multi-tasking, while being fluent in programmes such as Zoom, Teams, Excell, web-based calling systems and multiple call reporting systems. The successful individual will be willing to learn new methods and take on feedback to help them succeed.
