The responsibility of this team is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services, designed to add value and improve ING Bank's operations with scope in Spain & Portugal.
CAS supports the organization to accomplish its mission and objectives through a systematic, documented approach to examine, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, control, and risk (management) processes, providing value-added recommendations which improve operating effectiveness as well as controlling risks more effectively.

Your key responsibilities: As an Auditor you will:
Plan: define the scope and identify risks, controls and focus areas. Fieldwork: conduct interviews with stakeholders, review documents and perform tests. Reporting: develop an audit report that helps ING to improve its control environment and mitigate risks. What are we looking for? We value the following qualities for this role:
A bachelor or master's degree and at least 3+ years of working experience. Excellent speaking and writing skills in English. Strong analytical skills. Proven planning & organizational skills. Problem-solving mindset. Well-developed cooperation and communication skills. Ability to work on an international level. It would be a big plus if you have: Working experience in an external audit firm (preferably big 4 firm). Experience in an internal audit function. Experience with data analytic tools.
