We are looking for a Business Intelligence - Data Analyst ( Front End ) to join our Life Sciences and Healthcare Consulting Services Team in Barcelona (Spain) – Hybrid. This is an amazing opportunity to work on building and optimizing data solutions across multiple domains, including business intelligence, data integration, and governance. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT, or a related field with a strong quantitative and analytical focus.
3+ years of relevant work experience in a Data Analyst or business intelligence role.
2+ years of experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Experience in Git for version control.
Experience with ETL technologies (e.g., dbt, Apache NiFi, Talend) and data pipeline management tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster).
Be familiar with Data Governance concepts (e.g.: data lineage, business glossary, data governance policies, data security best practices).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (C1).
It would be great if you also had . . . Experience in reporting and financial and operations analysis.
Experience in Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse technology.
Experience in Python.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
What will you be doing in this role? Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader.
Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards.
Manage and expand the current Business intelligence platform on the Consulting Operations team.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve BI solutions.

You will collaborate with professionals across multiple regions to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Hours of Work This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours per week. The working schedule is flexible, primarily centered on CET time zone with occasional need to accommodate meetings with US or East Asia time zones. The position is hybrid with office visits required 2-3 times per week.
