What You'll Do Support the Business Area working towards establishing & implementing new strategies and initiatives, to increase productivity and build a new culture of 'excellence in execution' and 'ways of working', demonstrating a high level of focus on business results, and a proactive behavior to create new opportunities and find new best practices.Lead all sales force and marketing excellence processes.Interact with the GM and BU's in the definition of 'Commercial BU's' strategies and objectivesGive support to the Brand Plans, participating in the methodology and KPIs definitions through field inputs and BI tools insightsImplement Best CRM & Business Intelligence strategy, supervising Sales Force Training on BI tools and initiatives to optimize usage and best practicesLead the Segmentation & Targeting processes of customers and promoted products through the BI tools: CRM & analytics, working together with the BU's and Marketing and capturing input from the fieldCollaborate, supervise and monitor together with the Sales BU's and Marketing, the implementation of sales force business plans, in order to maximize resource allocation and return of investmentCollaborate with BU's, HR, FI, IT and Marketing developing and implementing new initiatives to improve sales force excellence in execution.Managing the Business Support team through coaching, performance evaluation and action plansParticipate actively in new initiatives with Corporate/Local Marketing and CommercialParticipate in Benchmarking forums: inside / outside the companyRequired Qualifications Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably including salesPrior Business Degree or Marketing qualificationPreferably comes from a wide experience on the field as Sales Rep before and as a District Manager afterPreferably comes from a short experience in Marketing (one year, stage, PM, etc.)Demonstrated experience in managing peopleGood knowledge of EnglishStrong Knowledge of SFE processes and tools: CRM & BI toolsKnowledge Understands competitors, the industry and market landscape when delivering market dynamic analysis to support the company performance follow upKnowledge of sales force measures and metrics as well as of the fundamental aspects of affiliate financial performanceKnowledge of the industry practices and new developmentsUnderstanding of brand planning cycleLead best ways of working when supporting marketing strategy implementation in the fieldGood understanding of the organizational processes and procedures.Knowledge of financial processesWork in a matrix style organization
