Key Skills: Excellent communication skillsExcellent sales skillsNative/Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English in writing and speakingKEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, execute, and direct domestic Key Account retailers, including development of account strategies, implementation of strategies, and coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategiesReporting account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company trainingEffectively manage account P&L and sales forecast made at the beginning of the year through achieving the agreed upon total revenue and profit objectives set for the account and territory (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)Maintaining good relationships with key accountsResponding to key clients' needs as well as claims or complaints and anticipate key account changes and improvementsResponsible for identifying new business opportunities (partners, sales channels), setting up meetings, and driving annual negotiations with partners for all aspects of the business; purchasing prices, omni-channel brand representation, marketing support, and establish performance timelineDrive sell-out in collaboration with marketing team through trade marketing promotions and activities, comply with visual merchandising standards, and enhance in-store customer experienceAct toward increasing country sales performance as well as improving profitability and retail performanceBuild a deep understanding of the FOREO brand and accurately represent this to staff, providing them with in-depth knowledge and training when necessaryCreate and maintain stock level tracking & sales reporting relating to domestic retail fieldEngage in selling of accounts including qualification, demonstration, clinical evaluation, and closureWork and coordinate cross functions contributing to accounts, to ensure quality and timely delivery of all materials (creative, design, sales, logistics, PR, retail, etc.)
