Job Description:What you'll doAs Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining and driving sales at accounts to achieve efficient and profitable sales of the company's products. Assist the team to optimize existing accounts and prospects. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts. Provide direction/assignments to the Account Executive team to help develop sales business.How you'll do itDemonstrate an ability to build strong relationships with new and existing accounts.Meet or exceed sales and profit goals established by upper management.Develop and execute business plans with Business Development Manager, NAM, or Sales Director.Strive to increase net sales by reducing Returns and Allowances.Assist in sales calls, website analysis, and store visits.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure best practices are shared.Conduct weekly reviews of sales, returns, allowances, quotes, promotions, inventory management, forecasts, and other account activities.Provide customer recaps for all meetings and ensure action items are executed upon.Complete the minimum number of outbound calls or sales initiatives each day.Follow procedures for managing opportunity pipeline, quotes, bids, etc.Keep a monthly recap of sales calls and potential opportunities.Analyze industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing.Optimize profitability at each assigned account.Coordinate sales and training meetings as required.Review daily sales and compare actual v. projected results.Provide positive reinforcement and constructive criticism to team members.Travel to tradeshows and customer sites as required.Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001.What you'll needGraduate or master's degree.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication, presentation, and phone skills.Willingness to travel internationally and fluent in Spanish & English.What you've doneExperience should include:Three plus years' experience in a sales capacity or equivalent position.Proven track record of sales growth and/or prospecting.Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.What you're getting intoWe've got big collaborative spaces for your big ideas, so bring an open mind.
