About the Team Hiring:About the RoleThe Business Development Representative (BDR) is a highly driven sales professional with a successful track record of winning new business. The BDR has the primary responsibility for demand generation activities to win new customers, servicing incoming sales enquiries, and booking demos/meetings for the Account Management and Solution sales teams in your territory. The BDR works closely with Presales, Account Managers, Solution Sales, Services, and Marketing in winning new business.
Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the new business sales process (for smaller sales opportunities) from lead identification through to close.Servicing incoming sales enquiries and booking demos/meetings for Account Managers and Solution Sales.Meeting specific KPI targets around calls, quotes, win rate, meetings booked, etc.Identifying decision makers within targeted leads & prospects and acting as a trusted advisor in analysing customer needs, clarifying expectations, and successfully communicating and selling Graitec/3rd Party products and solutions.Diligently following up with quotes after sales calls.Organising attendance to industry events; Webinars, conferences, etc.In a structured manner coordinating and utilising external sales resources, presales, and management to win new business.Key Performance Indicators# Revenue, Margin and Seats from new logos# new logos signed# business meetings/demos booked for Account Managers / Solutions Sales/ Technical Specialists. (ie Leads accepted by AM/SS/TS)Timely follow up of LeadsResponsibilitiesWhat you must have done already:3+ years of experience of Sales Development, prospection or equivalent, SaaS, and services solutions to B2B customers in the CAD, AEC, MFG, Telecom or IT markets.Experienced in prospecting best practice and developing new business opportunities with net new customers, identifying and selling to customer needs utilising a consultative sales approach.Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment.What is nice to have done already:Working knowledge and experience of the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing or CAD marketsExperience of selling Autodesk SaaS SolutionsKnowledge of BIMQualificationsExcellent communication skillsGerman as a native language and fluent in English, another language is a plusBachelor's degreeAmbitious and result orientated soft skillsPositive energyInterview ProcessAt Graitec, we're proud to be committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
