Position Overview As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a key role in growing our customer base within the Web3 space. You'll identify high-potential leads, maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, and excel in outreach across multiple platforms. Leveraging your expertise in the blockchain domain, you'll clearly articulate the value of our product suite, helping to solidify our position as a leader in Web3 security. Key Responsibilities Identify and target Web3 clients who would benefit most from our infrastructure and security solutions. Engage prospective clients via email, phone, messaging platforms, and social media, positioning Dedge Security as a leading Web3 security solution. Identify high-potential leads and qualify opportunities by understanding and aligning with their business needs. Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to executives, ensuring they have all necessary information about the leads. Continuously deepen your understanding of our products to confidently discuss their benefits and features. Represent the company at industry events, building relationships with key stakeholders. Confidently engage in discovery calls with technical professionals. Become an expert in our product offerings to efficiently address client questions and concerns. Must have At least 1 year of experience in sales to Web3 companies, ideally within the infrastructure or security solutions sector. Proven ability to leverage social media for lead generation and client engagement. Solid understanding of blockchain and Web3 technologies. Strong emotional intelligence for building relationships and engaging prospects. Experience in generating leads and managing pipelines, with a track record of closing deals. Preferably based in Europe or the US. Proficiency with CRM tools and experience in enhancing sales processes and reporting. Willingness to learn the technical aspects of blockchain and cybersecurity. Nice to have Proven track record of managing and closing sales in a B2B environment. Technical background with the ability to engage in discussions with technical professionals and understand their needs. Passion for Web3 and/or cybersecurity.
