BPHCC is committed to providing impeccable products and services that allow our customers to receive maximum benefits in terms of performance and profitability.Job DescriptionJob Purpose: This position is responsible and accountable for the overall business development requirements/strategies across three business units of the Company.Job Scope:Initiates new product development and conducts market research to identify new business opportunities.Communicates with existing and new suppliers for identified products for introduction to the market.Coordinates with BU Heads in developing business strategies for existing and potential accounts.Develops and maintains strong relationships with all key account personnel and relevant functions to support selling, market development, service efforts, and clinical programs.Responsibilities:Work with/brainstorm with R&D, BU Heads, Product Manager, and Sales team for potential products/business.Communicate with suppliers through emails and cold calls for the technical data and product samples of potential products.Attend industry events and trade shows to identify new market trends, potential products, and competitor activities.Review literature and brochures for potential new business ideas.Synthesize all market information and insights to support new business development, strategy formulation, and other market reach initiatives
