PVpharm is searching for a Business Development Manager to work closely with PVpham's team. This position requires documented experience in Business Development areas related to the Pharma industry, organizational and team management skills, and a willingness to drive the team and the organization to the highest level.Job Description As a Business Development Manager, you will help construct the BD department structure and processes. You will be involved with different projects, assume multi-project responsibility, and provide your expertise within different areas of the business.Your Activities Will Be Mainly: Identification and research of potential clientsLeads and proposals managementStrategic development and maintenance of partner relationshipsA detailed description of company servicesCost-grid and pricing of servicesCreation of a marketing strategyCreation of business plansImplementation of communication policyCooperate in marketing activities and communicationsRevision of commercial contractsSupport the ERP implementationManage business KPIs/objectivesRequirements Hard Skills: At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, ideally in a global pharma consultancy.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Business degree (with MBA preferred).Previous experience within Business Development areas related to Pharmacovigilance and Clinical Safety will be preferred.Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills.You thrive working autonomously but also love to collaborate.
