Keywords now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager specialised in selling QA, Localization and Audio services to be a part of our Global Business Development team. Ideally based in Europe, you are going to be a key member of the team, responsible for building and growing Keywords' relationship with assigned clients, with a specific focus on selling QA, Localization and Audio services.
This exciting role will give the successful individual the opportunity to influence and lead a critical element of our Globalize division, taking us to the next level of our strategic growth plans.
Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesWork with Globalize division, Client Partners and Business Development Representatives to identify new prospective clients for Keywords' Localization, QA and Audio services.Develop and execute sales development strategies for these prospective clients.Work with the Globalize Solutions Architecture team to qualify leads and manage opportunities throughout their lifecycle.Provide customer support, managing client expectations in collaboration with the Globalize Solutions team and Portfolio Directors.Attend qualified trade conferences and provide on stand support where the company is exhibiting.Follow the company's chosen sales methodology and produce all related reports. Support the Portfolio Directors and delivery teams in account management where required.Core CompetenciesProven experience in managing commercial relationships with QA, Localization and Audio games industry clients;Networking and relationship-building with the ability to successfully deal with large multinational clients;Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organisation;Strong negotiating skillsEnergy and stress management;Accountability and dependability with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Requirements5 or more years' experience in managing commercial relationships with QA, Localization and Audio games industry clientsStrong understanding of QA, Localization and Audio services' market trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics and customer directionExperience of Language AI and/or testing automation solutionsDegree or Masters in business, marketing, sales or other related fieldHigh attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure and to deadlinesSuperb written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to travel as required.Must be self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environmentMust be comfortable working at senior executive contact levels.Keywords Studios is dedicated to following a well-established Equal Opportunities Policy.
