Aligned with marketing on MDF and with the wider sales organisation on specialised opportunitiesThe main accountabilities for this role are to grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment under clear managerial directionKey Skills and Experience:Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence in Europe.Identify and engage potential distribution partners, fostering strong relationships.Collaborate with vendors for favorable terms, pricing, and promotional activities.Drive product adoption through effective communication and value proposition.Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance.Stay updated on industry trends and provide market feedback.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of European business development experience.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.In-depth knowledge of the European distribution landscape, including key players, market dynamics, and industry trends.Results-oriented and collaborative mindset.Languages required: English (C1+) and Strong Excel and Power Point skillsNice to Have:Strong distribution background in PC, displays, keyboards and networking.Any other European language is a high plusWhat We Offer Comprehensive private health and life insurance to keep you covered.
