What will I be doing as a Business Development Manager?Vertical MarketsDevelop and specify Aritech solutions to defined vertical marketsIdentify new segment and vertical market opportunities, analyzing segment trendsSpecify Aritech products at end-user and consultant levelBe the focal point and key contact with large end-users and consultantsParticipate when and where relevant to end-user meetingsCommunicate with and inform on a regular basis local sales team large ProjectsLarge ProjectsIdentify opportunities and key project stakeholdersSpecify Aritech solutions, then start presentations and discussions with key stakeholders (end-user, consultants, installers-integrators bidding for project, etc)Support and provide in a timely manner all relevant information to local teams for a successful follow-upSpecificationAs the specification expert and owner in the organization, help design and maintain specification documents on Aritech products and specifications to consultants, architects, end-usersActively participate to the Aritech integration into the Smart & Healthy Building strategyAritech Solutions EnablersShare best practices regarding the integration to or from other systems, e.g., VMS and hypervision specialists, CMS providers (front end receivers, alarm management software)Create and maintain a database of such Technology PartnersIdentify new partnership opportunities for existing and future products & solutions, working closely with MarketingSupport local teams wherever neededKey Interactions in this role will be with:Sales Managers, Key-Account Managers and local Sales/ BD TeamsMarketing and Product Management teamTo be successful in this role you will have:Technical or business bachelor preferredStrong business development background and been in a similar role for a minimum of four (4) yearsPrevious sales experience that demonstrates exceeding organizational sales expectationsExperience in electronic security industry as an advantageThe ability to translate strategic selling and follow-up skills at the executive levelExcellent presentation and persuasion skills, with well-developed communication/interpersonal skills, able to influence at all levelsHigh level prospecting skillsWell-documented record of managing a complex and sophisticated sales cycle that translated into key account winsGood Spanish, English and Portuguese language skillsUnquestionable integrity and ethicsDesired SkillsCustomer Focus: Creates a culture which ensures ownership of local actions to exceed both internal and external customer needsCommunication Skills: Express ideas effectively to establish self as credible.
