The mission of this area is to understand the behavior of the international roaming market in the medium and long term, evaluate and analyze the positioning of TGR, propose the strategies to be followed and partnerships to be established and be responsible for its implementation. As a result, this area will design and own the strategic priorities, ensuring the implementation and achievement of the corresponding project plans supporting the consecution of the business priorities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Deep understanding of the International Roaming MarketAnalyzing trends and forecasting medium and long term implicationsStrong knowledge of technology and how it is transforming the international roaming market.Research and analyze industry trends and best practices and develop recommendations for the management team.Create and execute strategic plans and track progress toward business goals.Develop a strategy that helps TGR expand its business portfolio through new products or services.Establish and maintain strong relationships with other areas and offer ongoing support and guidance when needed.Nature of Problems and Challenges: The confluence of different interests that need to be integrated and balanced in the design of the global strategic proposals increases the complexity of the activity and demands a diplomatic and engaging profile.
The Position: This position entails a highly strategic view of the business with a deep knowledge and understanding of the market and the role of the different stakeholders to coordinate a global and comprehensive position with the different owners.
Education Required: Preferably degree in Business, Economics or Engineering.
