Connecting businesses to their customers in more than 200 markets, with local acquiring in 45+ markets, 150 currencies, and more than 600 alternative payment methods, Nuvei provides the technology and insights for customers and partners to succeed locally and globally with one integration.Your MissionWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who will accelerate the distribution of Nuvei's products with specific focus on the Iberian market, reporting to our VP of Sales Southern Europe.Minimum RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales role selling complex enterprise software or financial services, preferably in the payments industry.Proven success in complex c-level negotiations, including all technical, compliance, legal, and commercial aspects.Significant track record of achievement and success within the targeted field of expertise.Fluent in Spanish / Portuguese and English; you may be required to support other markets within the EMEA region.Ability to build internal and external relationships to gain and share information such as industry trends.ResponsibilitiesEstablish an extensive pipeline of sales opportunities, manage the development of the pipeline, and accurately forecast sales to senior management.Develop new sales strategies and identify high-value prospects.Present large-scale technical products and innovative solutions to prospects at C-level.Directly identify and develop new sales partnership programs with large merchants with a strong presence in Spain / Iberia.Translate the client's business requirements into technical specifications and leverage Nuvei solutions to solve customer needs.Strong pipeline management via SalesForce to ensure accurate forecasting of performance and deliver consistent results among Tier 1 prospects.Working LanguageEnglish (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed.Spanish / Portuguese (written and spoken) is required for any position located within Spain / Iberia.Benefits2.5 additional days of annual leave a quarter, if the company hits quarterly targets.Private Medical Insurance.Nuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to developing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
