We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager for a DOA in Madrid. Conditions Company based in Madrid, allowing flexibility. Salary according to experience level. Permanent position. Continuous training and career progression opportunities. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles within aviation industry with a proven track record of success in international business development. University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field. An MBA or postgraduate degree related is highly desirable. Aeronautical knowledge at a basic level would be a plus. In-depth international markets knowledge, including regulations, business culture and commercial practices. Effective communication skills. Strong leadership skills and experience managing international projects. Fluency in English and Spanish. EU Passport / Right to work and live in Spain. Tasks Analyse international markets to identify potential business opportunities. Develop and implement expansion strategies to new markets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders internationally. Oversee implementation of international projects ensuring quality and timely delivery. Conduct competitive analysis to adjust strategies according to market dynamics. Coordinate with other departments to align efforts and resources.
