Position Summary A Business Development Manager with an EMEA focus is responsible for the strategic expansion and market penetration of a segment of a category, across EMEA. Central to this role is the execution of strategic growth initiatives, broadening the categories market share by targeting expansion across various countries, and securing Market Development Funds (MDF) from vendors. Collaboration with our 15 country organizations and Vendors within the EMEA region is essential to tailor and implement strategies effectively, ensuring alignment with local market dynamics and consumer preferences. The Business Development Manager collaborates within an international, cross-functional team. This commercial role includes a component of variable compensation, directly linking the Business Development Manager's rewards to the performance and success of their category. Key performance indicators linked to this role include Market Share and Market Development Funds (MDF) in $ or %.
