Reporting into the Regional Partnerships Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for making frequent contact with partners to drive up referral numbers, deliver exceptional service and to create new business revenue in line with targets.Role and Responsibilities:Own the relationship with Lumon's partners that deliver up to £12,000 new revenue per annum.Increase the number of referrals per partner managed.Deliver training to partners to improve the quantity and quality of referrals generated.Hit new business revenue targets from partner referrals.Ensure referrals are converted with necessary information fed between teams.Consistently demonstrate the Lumon values.We are looking for someone who:Has a passion for making a positive impact on a team's performance.Is a confident communicator.Strong ability to build long term partnerships.Highly organised with excellent time management.Drives success maintaining a focus on positive customer service.Able to produce high levels of telephone-based output.Results focused.Has a positive outlook.What can we offer you?Circa €40K OTE25 days Annual leave, plus 1 additional day on your birthday and two additional 'moments that matter days'Employee Assistance ProgrammePrivate health insurance (subject to terms)Life insuranceCompany car or car allowanceLumon is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
