As a new business unit within Mölnlycke we have exciting growth plans! Within our international team of enthusiastic colleagues, we love to create new ideas and solutions together with our customers, ready to change the future.

We're looking for a dynamic sales professional to join Mölnlycke as Business Development Manager – Antiseptics. You will play a pivotal role in the launch of our new Antiseptics business strategy for our well-established HiBi antiseptics products and be a pioneer for the upcoming product launch. As Business Development Manager you will identify, explore and initiate new business and growth opportunities.

Regional scope: Spain

Location: based in Madrid, with extensive business travel

In this position you will: Manage the antiseptics assortment to further develop and grow a sustainable profitable business long term. Implement the new antiseptics business strategy in Spain: manage existing business and identify and develop new business opportunities for future growth. Develop and present commercial offers. Be responsible for pricing in line with Mölnlycke guidelines. Develop relationships with advocates to increase their support and usage. Ensure relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and define appropriate action plans according to educational needs. Drive knowledge within the sales team for antiseptics. Monitor and report competitor activities and product news. Fully responsible for the timely complaint handling process for the Antiseptics portfolio. What you'll need: Strong understanding of the sales process and key stakeholders in the hospital. Experience in developing sales (and marketing) strategies within pharma / medical devices. Strong communication and presentation skills. Autonomous, able to work independently. Entrepreneurial spirit. Strategic mindset and organizational skills are essential.
