Responsibilities of Engineer: Implement Project Management Software Solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead commercial activities and manage the sales process with KPIs and sales tools.
Define business strategies and contribute to business development.
Coordinate activities between development teams and customers.

Requirements Engineer: Engineering degree (e.g., Industrial, Computer Science, Software).
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development with industry contacts.
Knowledge of Project Management processes (PMP certificate or ERP Systems).
Familiarity with financial management, technology management, and internal controls.
Understanding of software marketing and industry requirements.
Ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and propose solutions.
Awareness of market competition and industry trends.
Strong communication skills in English (at least C1 level).
