Position Summary Exhibition Hub is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to support our growing business development team. In this mid-level role, you'll combine analytical expertise with excellent communication skills to identify opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The goal of the team is to manage and pursue the expansion of our portfolio of experiences, as well as find, analyse and negotiate opportunities to bring new content to our permanent locations across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in analytical and client-facing roles who are eager to work at the intersection of culture and business. Roles and responsibilities also include: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for growth across existing and new markets. Analyze sales and performance data to support decision-making and strategy development for the business development team. Support the negotiation and execution of partnerships, contracts, and business agreements, ensuring all details align with company goals. Act as a point of contact for partners and clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining regular communication. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives. Track and report on progress toward business development targets, ensuring transparency and accountability. Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing and analytical role, such as business development, consulting, or account management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
