As part of the deployment of our Eurofins LIMS solution over the South West Region, we need to change the IT systems of our Food laboratory in Murcia, Spain.
The purpose of the internship is to assist the project leader during the project by:
Identifying process changes in relation to system implementationReviewing laboratory testing offers so that they fit with the new organizationPreparing data to migrate from the current systems to the new onesPreparing change management within the businessThe internship is based in Murcia, Spain, but the mission will lead the trainee to actively collaborate with colleagues from different locations in Europe and possibly travel there.
Ultimately, the purpose of the internship is to implement, in relation to local staff and management, a new organization that will increase lab efficiency in a sustainable manner.
Profile: You are studying in one of the top high schoolsYou have good communication and interpersonal relation skills in an international environmentYou are at ease with distant communications leveraging a wide array of technologiesYou are rigorous and self-organizedYou are capable of working closely with others (in dependency with local Business Analyst and/or Lean Manager)Skills: Competence in process re-engineering.
