TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main goal: to establish and lead a center of excellence, driving operational capabilities and providing exceptional support to enable successful international expansion in Europe.
Build operational capabilities to support company's international expansion in Europe.
Establish and lead a center of excellence for providing services and capabilities to countries within the International Insurance blueprint.
Develop best practices, standard operating procedures, and service-level agreements across various functions.
Oversee shared services support to European and UK branches, focusing on middle and back-office underwriting operations.
Ensure efficient processes, compliance with regulations, and optimize operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical skills: A comprehensive understanding of middle and back-office underwriting operations, as well as knowledge of industry regulations and compliance, is highly desirable.
