You will lead a team of specialized Business Analysts in charge of data modeling practices to analyze operation's performance, rentability and opportunities for improvement. You will work with our operation and support managers to guarantee proper flow of information with the goal of further expanding our services without losing sight of our existing KPIs.
Responsibilities:Manage the BA team working towards team reporting of staffing, KPI's and sales targets.Term planning / forecast preparation and thinking in terms of new developments and opportunities.Delegate tasks and set deadlines.Oversee day-to-day BA operation.
