You hold a prominent position in a key team (StratOps) supporting this growth.At the core of the strategic process & operations, you occupy a cross-functional position centered around three missions:1. STRATEGIC THINKING & INVESTORS RELATION SUPPORT Run strategic analysis to support decision making of the EXCOM Support the preparation of committees & fundraising process 2. PROJECTS GOVERNANCE & PERFORMANCE STEERING Facilitate an agile but robust project governance (routines/gates, reporting, internal communication...) Maintain a performance dashboard for the EXCOM to steer the company 3. PROCESS/TOOLS OPTIMISATION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Review & optimize key processes (flows, escalation...) Implement a continuous improvement dynamic (day-to-day dysfunctions) You will be a good fit to join us if you are: Fluent in English (French is a plus) Student from a top-tier engineering or business school Spent 1-2 years in fast-paced & highly demanding industries like consulting, business analysis, M&A, or VC Have a very good level of Excel / GoogleSheet, and know SQL fundamentals (Powerpoint/Slides is a plus) Demonstrate skills in key areas: -Problem solving (intuition, structuration, critical thinking, analytical skills)-Writing & speaking with impact (synthesis, top-down communication, slide writting)-Project management, collaboration, organization-Curiosity, listening, continuous improvement mindsetWe'd love to have you join us for many reasons, such as: A multicultural and international team!
