Job Description: Mission: To partner with the business to add value and insight, improve profitability and cash flow, and minimize risk.
Financial Planning and Analysis: Manage forecast, planning, monthly P&L process with stakeholders.Adoption of standard reports and metrics.Provide relevant information required for Group and Internal Reporting.Client Profitability and Performance: Support the business leads to proactively manage gross margin at a client-by-client level.Partner with Client Lead in the development of client growth and margin plans/roadmaps and performance tracking.Deliver client-level reporting, forecasting, target setting, and ensure adequate plans to achieve are in place.Partner with client teams on the creation of client agreements, leading finance aspects (pricing, profitability, and agreement reviews).Partner with the Client Lead and the Commercial Lead as needed for client negotiations.Partner with client teams on day-to-day client relationship matters such as scope management, out-of-scope inquiries, and commercial delivery.Ensure finance approvals of new and existing deals.Decision Support: Provide analysis, insight, advice, and challenge to the business to enable them to make informed decisions, including business case development, reward, and staff costs.Develop strategic plans leveraging industry and market research to drive Revenue & Margin growth and participate in due diligence around acquisitions and divestitures, and operating model design.Set and monitor KPIs ensuring business leaders understand the drivers of performance and advise on how to improve.Requerimientos: Nivel alto de inglés2/3 años de experienciaValorable experiencia previa como auditor en Big4.Brand: Dentsu
