We are looking for a Proficientbusiness analyst/project manager for web aplications area.
As a business analyst:
The employee will support and improve existing webapplications, manage issues and enhancements requests from business users, setpriorities and create functional (ad even technical) documents to share withthe development team.In some cases, she/he will beresponsible for leading projects to create or extend custom web applicationsfor different regions in Europe. It will be required to coordinate activitieswith other IT teams and external technical partners.This person will sometimes have theresponsibility of reviewing code quality, and that's why technical skills aredesirable or beneficial. The applications will be created by programmers frominside/outside the company.The Business analyst will be located in Madrid and willreport to the Custom business applications Manager.
Job requirements Degree inComputer engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.ProjectManagement certification or successful completion of a recognized projectmanagement curriculum will be valuableNative Spanish.Italianlanguage knowledge will be valuable.At least 5-8 years of IT and business work experience in similar functions.The following technical skills will be considered:
Object oriented programmingKnowledge of relational databases (Microsoft Sql Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework)Personal Skills:
Proactive, Result-oriented, thinks in a structured way and able to work independentlyGood communications skills and knows how to handle difficult customersProblem solving/Support oriented attitudeAbility to handle multiple tasks and deal with different stakeholders/teams.
