As the steward of our customer relationship management (CRM) marketing solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our customer engagement platforms.

Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance our CRM Marketing capabilities, ensuring optimal customer experiences across our organization.What are we looking for?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Significant years experience as a business analyst or junior product owner.Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management for Salesforce Marketing Cloud global rollouts in a multi-country multi-brand environment.In-depth understanding of data management principles, including data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle management.Familiarity with data modeling, data mapping, and database concepts.Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.Attention to detail in documenting technical specifications and data-related workflows.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business units and the development team.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to contribute to project planning and coordination efforts.
Experience working within project timelines and delivering on project milestones.NICE TO HAVEExperience using data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making.Awareness of data privacy regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance in data-related activities.What will be your key responsibilities?As a vital member of our CRM Marketing team, the Business Analyst plays a central role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.
With a keen understanding of marketing processes and a knack for data analysis, you will be instrumental in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements for CRM marketing initiatives.
Your expertise in data mapping ensures the smooth and accurate flow of information within our systems.
Acting as a key communicator, you will serve as a liaison between business units and development teams, translating requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving technical challenges, contributing to the seamless functioning of our CRM marketing systems.
Join us in driving innovation, efficiency, and success in our marketing endeavors.Collaborate with stakeholders from your own CRM CORE team/squad members (such as Product Owner, Scrummaster, Solution Architect, Software Engineers etc.)
as well as Marketing IT teams within market/division business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and marketing use cases/campaigns/journeys for CRM marketing initiatives.Conduct comprehensive data analysis and mapping exercises to ensure efficient and accurate data flow within CRM marketing systems.Act as a liaison between business units and development teams, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Facilitate seamless communication.Assist in identifying and resolving technical challenges to ensure CRM marketing systems meet both business and technical requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize CRM marketing features, functionalities, and enhancements.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to project coordination efforts.You and your CRM CORE squad/team will deliver some key capabilities such as (not limited to):Consumer Journey Mapping:You will map out simple as well as complex consumer journeys, based on business requirements, using SFMC drag-n-drop GUI allowing the creation of multi-step, multi-channel campaigns.Trigger-based Automation:You will create journeys for our brands that can be initiated based on specific triggers such as consumer actions, events, or data changes.
Examples include making a purchase at MARS brand website or physical clinic, joining a loyalty program, or abandoning a shopping cart.Multi-Channel Engagement D2C:Your CRM product will help our brands to engage with end consumers across various channels like email, SMS, push notifications, social media, and web, ensuring a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.Personalization and Dynamic Content:Your CRM product will help our brands use dynamic content in emails and messages to personalize comms based on customer attributes and behavior.Audience Segmentation:Your CRM product will help brands to segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, past purchase history or custom criteria.A/B Testing and Optimization:You will be testing different paths and messages and timings triggers within journeys, thus optimizing the consumer experience with data insights.IP Warm Up:You will be working closely with the ROLLOUT teams to gradually increasing the volume of emails sent with a new IP address to build a good sender reputation with Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
