As the steward of our customer relationship management (CRM) marketing solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our customer engagement platforms. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance our CRM Marketing capabilities, ensuring optimal customer experiences across our organization.What are we looking for?- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.- significant years experience as a business analyst or junior product owner- - Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management for Salesforce Marketing Cloud global rollouts in a multi-country multi-brand environment- In-depth understanding of data management principles, including data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle management.- Familiarity with data modeling, data mapping, and database concepts.- Proficient in creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.- Attention to detail in documenting technical specifications and data-related workflows.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business units and the development team.- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Basic understanding of project management principles, with the ability to contribute to project planning and coordination efforts.Experience working within project timelines and delivering on project milestones.NICE TO HAVE- Experience using data analysis tools and techniques to inform decision-making.- Awareness of data privacy regulations and a commitment to ensuring compliance in data-related activities.What will be your key responsibilities?- As a vital member of our CRM Marketing team, the Business Analyst plays a central role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions
