Introduction
The Head of Brand and Communications will be responsible for supporting business development and the commercial team, as well as overseeing market intelligence and brand communication strategies. This role will focus on enhancing the company's brand awareness and communication efforts. The position is based in Madrid, with projects extending to New York, London, Madrid, Sidney and Tokyo, and the company's primary markets are the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia.
In this role you will:
Design and execute the marketing strategy and the company's annual brand and communications plan, including market intelligence activities.Collaborate on strategic diagnosis and recommendations and participate in their redefinition if necessary.Design and execute Social Media strategy plan and digital presence, such as LinkedIn, website, newsletter, etc.Focus on communication Branded Content efforts, including cases, articles, studies, and other content pieces.Establish an efficient and productive relationship with the current team for content development.Leverage the participation of company executives as speakers or participants in various events to generate business opportunities.Design, prepare and execute company-hosted events, which have had mixed results.Manage communication channels such as LinkedIn, website (including SEO), newsletter, event organization, and event participation.Assist with the business development of the company, including coordinating and executing strategies aligned with the company's commercial goals.Coordinate and motivate teams, ensuring quality deliverables and project profitability in marketing projectsPlan and coordinate public relations and institutional activities.Plan and coordinate content generation, including white papers, case studies, and maintaining the company's library.Identify and organize conferences and support the development of tailored content.Maintain updated information in the company's CRM system and improve its effectiveness.Organize marketing materials and ensure compliance with quality management systems.Lead continuous improvement efforts within the quality management system.Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
Required Profile
3-5 years of experience in International Brand and Communications roles.Bilingual: Spanish-English.Experience and understanding of the dynamics of professional services, with strong proficiency in managing LinkedIn.Excellent organizational skills to translate strategy into a detailed and realistic plan appropriate for the company's size.Knowledge and comfort with the concept of Branded Content.Strong ability to engage and collaborate with the team, as their support is crucial for content development.Preferably, experience in digital marketing and B2B business, but an attitude-focused approach is more important than specific experience.Excellent commercial and communication skills, both written and verbal.Knowledge of design thinking methodology, the company's value proposition, portfolio of services, and the industrial design and innovation sector.Ability to coordinate and motivate teams, ensuring a positive working environment and teamwork.Strong autonomy and proactive management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and CRM systems.Self-motivated with a high level of responsibility and professionalism.Proactive, with leadership skills, teamwork, and good presence.Design sensitivity.Fluent in Spanish and English, with knowledge of a third language being a plus.Availability for frequent travel.Work permit for Europe/Spain.

Experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience in the context of Strategy or Marketing; minimum 1 year of experience in a leading role for international clients and throughout different industry sectors.
Qualifications
An appropriate Bachelor or Masters qualification, the ability to travel when needed and permission to live and work in Spain.
