Who are we looking for:
As a Building Admin Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of all Alfamart facilities. You will ensure that buildings and premises are well-maintained, secure, and comply with safety regulations. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing building services, and supervising staff to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment across all Alfamart properties.

Oversee the maintenance and daily operations of all Alfamart facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely repairs and facility upkeep.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs to avoid equipment breakdowns and ensure facility efficiency.
Ensure that all facilities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Monitor building security, including access control systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment, to ensure the safety of employees and assets.
Manage utility services (electricity, water, waste management) and monitor consumption to ensure cost efficiency.
Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas requiring improvement.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, building inspections, and facility operations.
Prepare and submit reports on building conditions, maintenance activities, and budget usage to senior management.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment for employees by overseeing janitorial services, waste disposal, and pest control.
Respond to emergencies such as power outages, equipment failures, or safety hazards, and coordinate immediate repairs.
Train and supervise building staff on safety protocols, facility management best practices, and emergency procedures.

What does it take to be part of the team?

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in building administration, facility management, or property management.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
Proven ability to manage and supervise maintenance teams and service providers.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle facility issues and emergencies.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple buildings, tasks, and priorities.
Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with contractors, service providers, and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively.
Willing to be assigned in: SILANG, CAVITE
