Job ResponsibilitiesOperational Support:Plan, coordinate, and execute daily field operations according to the project scope and timeline.Develop field operation strategies, monitor progress, and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.Oversee resource allocation including equipment, materials, and personnel.Team Management:Supervise and support field teams, including technicians, contractors, and other personnel.Coordinate scheduling, task assignments, and workforce logistics.Serve as the point of contact for field staff, providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring clear communication.Logistics and Planning:Organize transportation, lodging, and equipment needs for field personnel.Ensure field teams have the necessary tools, supplies, and information to complete their tasks effectively.Maintain inventory of equipment and ensure its maintenance and proper use.Compliance and Safety:Ensure that all field operations are conducted in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Conduct safety briefings, enforce safety protocols, and ensure the field team adheres to safety guidelines.Report and investigate any incidents or accidents in the field.Data Collection and Reporting:Collect, compile, and report data from field operations to stakeholders and upper management.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of field reports, logs, and other documentation.Provide updates on project status, milestones, and potential issues.Coordination with Stakeholders:Liaise with internal teams, external clients, and contractors to ensure alignment on objectives and timelines.Address client queries or concerns related to field operations.Assist in the preparation of budgets, schedules, and project plans as needed.Job Type: Full-time
