Job Description YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE
We're currently seeking a Build/Release Manager to help our team on their next adventure.
You will join an international and successful team and will report to the Tech Lead.

Define how to automate processes as well as deployment tasks.
Own the deployment process to both internal and production environments and teams (developers, QC, HQ, etc).Set up CI/CD pipelines and educate the development teams in order to enforce a DevOps transformation.Validating and ensuring that the pipelines are properly producing the necessary artifacts, as well as building and improving the processes to fit our production needs.Collaborate with game development teams to enhance our current deployment processes for both artifacts/modules/components and online games.Integrate new and evolve existing solutions to handle distributed testing and complex, multi-platform integration tests + implement metrics and tools to follow quality and performance.Provide project pipeline support - team workstation configuration (i.e.
Project software installation), bespoke project tool configuration.Provide up-to-date documentation on workflow methods, pipeline systems within a centralized accessible location.Be in charge of Source Control tools (GitLab) and provide support for the team and administration of users, groups, permissions, file types and general instance configuration.Manage all rights and access to project data, and at the end of a project you will be responsible for creating a ClosingKit to archive all data related to the project.Help integrate all new hires into the project and manage a large build farm.Periodically offer round-the-clock third-line support of the production environments, as part of a rotating on-call duty. 2+ years experience as Build/Release Manager or equivalent.Proven Experience with source control management (Perforce / Git / SVN), CI/CD tools (Quickbuild/ TeamCity/ Jenkins) and scripting language (Groovy/ Python/ bash / shell).Strong experience with Linux-based and/or cloud infrastructures.Experience with infrastructure automation.Knowledgeable with operations in a microservices architecture.Should be open for on call & 24/7 support.A continuous improvement mindset, with rock solid analytical and problem solving skills.Be a team player: we use agile development methods, where the team members are in permanent contact.
Open mind and good communication skills are a must.Attention to detail, meticulous and organized working habits.
Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change.Fluency in written and spoken English. Bonus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
Master's degree in any of these disciplines is a Plus.Knowledge around container technologies like Docker.Knowledge around orchestration technologies like Kubernetes (or solutions based on it like OpenShift).Knowledge around Infrastructure as Code best practices and tooling like Terraform.Passion for games and some knowledge of the games industry.Spanish or Catalan is a plus.
