Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates. You'll be the lead of the main Indirect categories in scope (but not limited to), business and corporate management consultation services, temporary labor, recruitment, and communication services. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (communication, legal, HR, finance), develop long-term strategic plans for the entire spend area within Corporate Services for Spain and Portugal Cluster, and much more. You'll specifically take care of managing in-country (Spain and Portugal) procurement activities and deliver on savings plan, managing relevant policies, but also managing requestors and supplier relationships to ensure that Category Strategies are highly aligned to current and future Business needs and that the supply base is capable of supporting these strategies.
We'll look to you for:
Coordinates the introduction of new and modified services with appropriate departments.
Advises on contracts and agreements for the supply of complex services with new and existing suppliers.

Previous experience in a category management role.
Proven, successful supplier negotiation skills.
Understanding of contract terms and conditions.
Understanding of contract principles and clauses and ability to construct and interpret agreements.
Excellent communication/relationship skills, being a confidential and trustworthy business partner.
Communication skills and ability to influence others.
Comfort with risk and ambiguous situations.
Accuracy, problem-solving, planning and organization, result orientation, service orientation, and ability to perform in stressful situations.
Experience of working within Indirect, preferably Corporate or professional services categories.
Fluency in English, proficiency in French is a plus.
