As an H&S Technician, you will be responsible for the correct management of different Health & Safety topics in our company to assure a safe environment for all our colleagues!
You will ensure that we follow legal guidelines in this area correctly, manage data effectively, and help the area to develop according to the company needs during the upcoming years.

Your role highlights - your responsibilitiesYou will coordinate business activities regarding safety and health among clients and suppliers (CAE) according to the legislation.You will manage labor accidents when needed following the established process.You will carry out health surveillance, emergencies, and training of the employees of our different companies, ensuring regulatory compliance and the management of necessary preventive and corrective measures.You will manage emergencies in our facilities in Spain.You will manage Health and Safety in coordination with our external health & safety service (SPA) and the other members of our health and safety team.You will manage the stock and expenses of IPES together with our suppliers.You will prepare and participate in audits SA8000.You will be responsible for project management, according to area development and company growth.Become SanLucarian - What's in for you?You'll find a dynamic and changing work environment.Feel comfortable leaving your suit behind!
We don't have a dress code.Experience different cultures - Multinational is what describes us best as we're a team of 30 nationalities.Free language courses for all SanLucarians.Enjoy daily fresh fruit.Participate in events, meetups & teambuilding activities.RequisitosYou have higher studies in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or similar studies with Master Studies in Health & Safety (in the 3 specialities).You are fluent in Spanish and have a good level of English; other languages are valued, such as Italian.You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of Health & Safety.You have experience with internal Health & Safety service (SPP); alternatively, having experience in an external Health & Safety service provider (SPA).You have experience in developing risk assessments and internal Health & Safety and emergency plans.You have good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).You are detail-oriented, have excellent organization skills, a high sense of responsibility, very good communication skills, are perseverant, and possess problem-solving abilities.
