An innovative Insurance company with a highly ambitious communication and branding plan in Spain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Specialist to join our Client. The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of expertise in brand management, preferably with a background in creative or communication agencies.
As a Brand Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing impactful campaigns for the Spain market, launching innovative products, and managing integrated communication strategies.
Your ability to think strategically and execute creatively will help elevate our brand presence across various channels.
You will work with the international team on a daily basis.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Development: Create, plan, and execute compelling advertising campaigns aligned with brand goals and audience insights. Oversee the creative development process, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand and impactful.Product Launches: Manage the end-to-end strategy and execution of product launches, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and impactful rollouts.Media Planning Coordination: Develop and manage media strategies, ensuring the right mix of channels to optimize brand visibility and engagement. Collaborate with media agencies to plan and execute media buys across digital, print, broadcast, and social platforms.PR: Support PR efforts by coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency in communications. Assist in crafting press releases, managing media relations, and overseeing influencer and partnership strategies.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend optimizations. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.Brand Consistency: Ensure all brand communications are cohesive, innovative, and align with the overall brand strategy. Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.Activation: Coordinate local activations leveraging our global sponsorships and partnerships. Supported by the Italian PR team, manage visibility opportunities on national media.Budget: Manage the media budget. Optimize and negotiate advertising spaces on all useful channels with media agencies.Requisitos5-7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in creative or communication agencies.Proven track record in developing advertising campaigns, launching products, and managing media plans.Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of brand dynamics.Experience in public relations and understanding of media relations.Advanced level of English.Nice to haveExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media trends.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:
