Reporting to the Group Operations Director, this role will be essential to the success of the strategy in the coming years. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Sponsor and Customer Products strategies in line with the company's current and future needs, as well as coordinating the development of new revenue streams, such as web3 and NFTs.
Job Description:
The Brand Partnership Manager Entertainment will play a pivotal role in identifying, securing, and managing brand sponsorships within the entertainment sector. This role focuses on building strong, long-term partnerships with brands that align with our client's values and engage a diverse audience. From initial outreach to post-campaign follow-up, the Brand Partnership Manager will ensure sponsors receive exceptional support and achieve measurable returns on their investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sponsorship Acquisition
Develop a strategic pipeline of potential sponsors and identify new partnership opportunities.
Conduct research to understand prospective partners' needs, goals, and audience, tailoring proposals to align their objectives with audiences.
Reach out to prospective brand partners, presenting sponsorship opportunities in a compelling way that emphasizes the festival's unique audience reach and engagement potential.
Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring they align with the company's values and business objectives.
Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for sponsors throughout the partnership cycle, from onboarding to post-event follow-up.
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with sponsors, ensuring all partnership agreements are met and partners are satisfied with their return on investment.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, production, operations) to ensure sponsor activation is effectively integrated and executed at the festivals.
Proactively address any challenges or needs that may arise during the partnership lifecycle, providing sponsors with solutions to maximize their brand visibility and engagement.
Campaign Execution and Follow-Up
Collaborate with sponsors to create impactful, engaging brand activations that enhance the festival experience and appeal to festival-goers.
Monitor and report on campaign performance during and after the event, analyzing results against KPIs and providing sponsors with detailed insights and ROI metrics.
Gather and analyze feedback from sponsors and festival attendees to continuously improve the sponsorship experience.
Conduct post-event debriefs with sponsors, providing comprehensive reports on activation performance and discussing opportunities for future partnerships.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to refine partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.
Work with the marketing and event teams to adapt sponsorship packages to current market trends and enhance their appeal to potential partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the entertainment, events, or music industry.
Proven track record of securing and managing successful sponsorships.
Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience with project management and ability to multitask across various partnerships and events.
Ability to analyze partnership performance and demonstrate value to sponsors.
Knowledge of the music and entertainment industry and a passion for live events.
