Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand Partnership Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and partnership management.
This role involves identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with brands to enhance our marketing efforts and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities Influencer Marketing Campaigns: Devise and implement dynamic influencer marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Execute influencer campaigns on TikTok and Instagram using effective communication channels.
Collaboration Management: Orchestrate seamless collaboration with music labels, brands, and other influencers to enhance our social media presence.
Partnership Development: Initiate contact and develop relationships with potential brand partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
Coordinate and manage existing brand partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with marketing strategies.
Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate joint campaigns, promotions, and events with brand partners.
Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and meet strategic objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of brand partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content Collaboration: Coordinate with the content creation team to produce collaborative marketing materials, such as co-branded videos, ads, and social media posts.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new brand partnerships.
Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in influencer and campaign management or a related field.
Demonstrated understanding of influencer marketing campaigns and strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support key objectives.
Proficiency in identifying top trends within TikTok and Instagram to support time-sensitive campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficient in project management, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
Experience with Excel is preferred.
Solid understanding of social media influencer support and execution, particularly on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Familiarity with music label and brand-facing side of influencer marketing.
Must have access to an iPhone for communication purposes (Macbook preferred but not mandatory).
