Role DescriptionDevelop and implement global brand and marketing strategy in order to accomplish objectives in terms of image, market share, net revenues and profitabilityKey Responsibilities: Brand Marketing:Working hand in hand with brand founder and communications team:· Define and protect the brand vision and fundamentals· Define the brand portfolio strategy: guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products and core catalogue)· Lead master marketing calendar:o Brand Annual Plan (launches, sets, GWPs, sampling…)o Define 360 go to market plan for launcheso Education Book Selling Ceremonyo Retail guidelines and animations for temporary and permanent spaceso Dotcom Guidelines· Define global retail price strategy Retail Marketing:· Develop and put in place the retail marketing plans with distributors and retailers:o Develop and ensure implementation of promotional plans by market, including proposal of tailored made local actionso Develop launch plans and prepare launch feedback analysis· Educate distributors on brand retail guidelines, and ensure correct implementation of permanent spaces (planogram, point of sale material…) and temporary spaces (store animations…)· Educate distributors on brand training strategy and tools, and help coordinate training sessions on new products, brand trainings and selling techniques· Support communications team in the implementation of media and PR plans· Organize and coordinate trade eventsRequirements· Marketing experience, minimum 3 years· Strategic thinker, knowing market´s and brand´s issues· Excellent knowledge of the end to end marketing process· Obsessed with customer and consumer centricity· Strong influencing skills: build and sustain excellent relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients
